Justin Palmer Acquired from OJS

General Manager Ryan Leonard has been busy in the early days of June, completing yet another trade on Wednesday. The Wolves have acquired the rights to Stittsville native Justin Palmer from the Ottawa Junior Senators in exchange for Lukash Matthews.

The 20 year old power forward put up 30G & 21A for 51 points in 41 games for Lake Forest Academy in the 2018-2019 season before missing out on last season due to shoulder surgery.

Coach Leonard has high hopes for his new acquisition saying that, “We know he can be an elite player this year. He is a big, strong player, who was set to be a prolific goal scorer in our league last season before being sidelined with injury. We’ll be looking for him to pick up where he left off and be that goal scorer for us this year”.
