Coaching Hire: Dan Renaud

The Wolves organization would like to introduce yet another very exciting addition to our staff, Dan Renaud. Dan will be an Associate Coach with the Wolves U18AAA team.

Renaud is a 29 year old Ottawa native who grew up playing competitively in Gloucester. He began his coaching career in 2009, coaching the 2001 AA age group to 3 straight city championships, of which he had U18 Head Coach Greg Sharpe join him for the last 2. Dan and Greg have been coaching together ever since.

Dan’s resume also includes time spent as an Associate Coach at the AAA level, both with the Jr. 67’s organization, as well as the Ottawa Myers program. Last season he made the jump to U18AAA, when he was hired to Assistant Coach for the Rockland Nationals.

In the off season Renaud runs skills clinics with Sharpe, where they work with many high profile athletes, including Brandt Clarke and brother Graeme, as well as projected 1st round NHL pick Jack Quinn.

Please join us in welcoming Dan to our program!
